Crab bucket mentality.

Disgruntled is not the opposite of gruntled, so I should stop referring to myself as a gruntled employee.

Disgruntled
mid 17th century: from [dis-]) (as an intensifier) + dialect gruntle ‘utter little grunts’, from [grunt]

“I’m not disgruntled, but I am a little gruntled…”
reddit seems to think otherwise, as does the OED,

gruntled, adj. meanings, etymology and more | Oxford English Dictionary.

Been listening to Yuval Harari’s new book Nexus wherein he talks about Kulaks and what almost sounds like a mini holocaust under Stalin pre WW2. I’d never even heard of Kulaks.

Fun with Flags.
