Not sure, but I do remember hearing a few years ago that the primary difference between Russian and American news media is that many Russians know they are being lied to.

Hate the use of “slams” in the headline but it’s the first decent link I found that actually shares Loomer’s responses more than a text blurb.
Laura Loomer made another openly racist post about Harris:
For some reason, this was over the line for MTG.
There are rumors that Trump is having an affair with Loomer, which might be totally bogus, but they are very close. Loomer flew with Trump to his debate against Harris, has stayed at Mar-a-Lago, and taunts MTG on Twitter that Trump likes Loomer more than MTG. Trump brought Loomer, a noted 9/11 conspiracy theorist, to the 9/11 memorial recently. Melania has not been seen on the campaign trail or court cases in some time.
So this is where MTG decided to make her stand and publicly shame Loomer:
Loomer may be a racist, but it’s a dangerous game to call out a racist if you yourself are a notable racist. Glass house, meet stone. Accusation of MTG using the N-word and insults about her vagina and promiscuity ensue:

This is such a welcome Friday treat, I hadn’t seen the Lindsay Graham part.
I’ve been watching my state GOP crumble and eat each other in who can MAGA the hardest, and Democrats here look poised to perform notably better than the historical average. It’s chicken noodle soup to watch it happening on a national level between MTG and the rumored mistress of Trump.
I have a suspicion that if Trump wins, he’ll trade in Melania for Laura Loomer. Melania has been conspicuously absent from Trump’s rallies and court cases, while Laura Loomer has been by his side even at a 9/11 memorial as a 9/11 conspiracy theorist. I suspect he’ll see it as a powerful alpha move to toss aside a low value female, and Laura Loomer has already turned her face alien in a Melania-esque way.

Alina Habba might have something to say about Laura Loomers chances at making it to the election.
I expect Melania and Donald will go their separate ways whether he wins or loses.
