It’s Prime Day. Looking at deals on Ring Doorbells and security lights.

Ratchet-action pruning shears. Arrived today. Already cracked them on thick branches they weren’t designed for. :grimacing::man_facepalming: (I have a bad habit of using the wrong tool for the job wrt yard work.)

I bought socks.

Bought a second oven sensor. Had this oven for 12 or so years. And sensor has gone bad twice. The bad sensor won’t allow the oven to heat up very fast. Talking an hour to get to 350.
Good news is that i know how to replace it.
And that i had bought the previous one on Amazon, so, easy to place order.

Fine grit sandpaper. I put away my pocket knife without cleaning it adequately, and it developed some rust. All clean, now. But now i need to polish it, as the grit isn’t fine enough for that.

unscented soap
101st airborne pants

How do you know that the pants are actually ā€œ101st Airborneā€?

Because they get the same clothes as the Corp of Engineers . . . and there’s a lot of 101st wannabes in those engineering battalions.

1000 .7mm pencil leads.

Almost no difference in price between 1000 and 100.

That’s how I came to own 100 razor blades for my box cutter. 100 was cheaper than two ten packs.

Lol. I haven’t bought blades for my utility knives in I bet 20 years. Still working on that one big box.

I doubt I’ll ever use all 1000 leads one term of school left, and maybe a couple years of soa exams, then no further use that I can see.

Thoughts of Dog book

Replacement detergent dispenser for my dishwasher.

I went to put the dishes in and the cover wouldn’t latch. I looked and saw the latch was broken so I asked my wife who broke it. She was shocked. I showed her and she showed me how to manipulate it so it would latch. Not hard to do but just doing what should be done won’t latch it.

Now to rewatch the YouTube video on how to replace it and then do it.

I order so much shit on Amazon that packages arrive 2-3 days out of the week. Most of the time I have forgotten what’s in the package until I open it.

It’s like Christmas all the time :joy: ā€œoh yeah! I forgot I wanted that!ā€ :joy:

Well, my Roku 4 no longer works with Hulu, so I guess I’m replacing that.

Wifi sucks I’m my house, maybe the plaster. Even with mesh routers it’s not superb. Guess I’m getting the Ultra which touts better wifi range.

I am going to buy the thing of the next post that buys something from amazon. I need proof.
