I’ve spent more on Amazon in the last month than I have in the last year, primarily due to my son’s celiac diagnosis, like a more precise GF flour and snacks, toaster bags, kitchen scale, metal rolling pin, cookbooks, pasta maker, cooking utensils, measuring cups/spoons, bread slicing guide, bread bags, etc. I also bought new skillets and food processor/blender from Costco, a new colander and toaster from Target, and a bunch of GF snacks and a bunch of assorted GF flours (I never realized there were so many!) from Trader Joe’s and other grocery stores. (I feel bad for people on a shoestring budget, as it’s an expensive pivot to go gluten free.)
I do not enjoy cooking, but I do like being able to weigh ingredients when I can, instead of using measuring cups/spoons.
