Set of four leaf-shaped cookie cutters so that Jaspess can make fall-themed cupcakes for a lab event next week (her own colleagues tend to be unappreciative of stuff she makes, so she prefers to make stuff for us lab fat-asses instead  )

A new basket for my espresso machine, and a dosing funnel. I’m gonna need a badge soon for being the GoA barista, @Serena.

I want my next item from Amazon to be some solution for mounting my phone in the car so that when it’s plugged in for Android Auto purposes the phone is somewhere instead of just loose. (Sometimes my phone accidentally turns on or off AWD mode.) It could be a mount, or it could be cupholder based, although I would hate to lose a cupholder. Anyone have anything like that that works for them? My phone case is MagSafe, if that helps.

I’ve had two from Andobil that have served me well. Both were wireless Qi chargers that had motors to automatically grab onto the phone. I see that they now offer magsafe chargers.

MagBak chargers are very popular in the Tesla world. I got one and ultimately dropped it, kinda long story. They have a universal magsafe charger and I’d say it’s worth a look. Not cheap.

I didn’t get it from Amazon or eBay, but I did just order two bottles of wine with a ā€œJust the Tipsyā€ label, after having been made aware of it on the NSFW humor thread.

I doubt the wine will be remarkable, but the bottles are certainly conversation pieces…

So I recently got some cleaning products for my coffee gear. Some de-scaling solution that’s basically citric acid and lactic acid, fine. But I also got some Cafiza for the first time, it’s made to clean off the oily brown residue that plagues coffee gear, if you drink coffee then you know exactly what I’m talking about.

Stuff is amazing, I had some metal parts that were stained brown. I mixed about 1/2 tsp of Cafiza with hot water, let them soak for an hour, perfect. Almost zero work, highly recommend this stuff. It was ~$20 for what will likely be a 1-2 year supply.

Just ordered some based on your recommendation.
I normally use vinegar on my keurig, but it takes forever.

Nice!

Do you think it would work for tea as well? My wife uses the Keurig strictly for tea.

Electric can opener - was surprised that Target had just one brand in the store, at $35 was a ripoff. Also got a power cord for a record player I’ve had for a couple years but haven’t used yet.

Not sure but worth a google I suppose. And whatever you’re making, de-scaling every once in a while won’t hurt. You can buy specific products for that or bulk citric acid would work, or vinegar.

I order from Amazon so frequently I can’t answer this question. :grimacing::joy:

Pair of Drop Stop gap filler things for my car seats. They’re goodly. :person_shrugging:t2: And they come with a little LED squeezy light thing and a sticky pad for the top of the center console, which is an unexpected bonus.

A battery tender for my Vespa. I thought I was riding it enough over the winter but it barely started yesterday. Ordered at noon and it was delivered at 4:30PM. Noice.

Both our batteries somehow survived the winter! I’m not sure how.
