I see you speak fluent Upper Midwest. But I feel like this mixes in some Minnesota, Wisconsin, Chicago, & Yooper sub-dialects. It’s subtle & there’s definitely overlap.
I was assuming T-roy was from the south side of Milwaukee hence your detection of the Chicago influence. I also assumed he spent some actual time in Green Bay and picked up the anahey from the Yoopers. But you caught me out in the usage of the one or tree, distinctly Minnesota and added for exaggerated impact. Too much Charlie Berens.
Blockquote Time for @T-roy and @Bro to get to work.
So here’s my weekend plans: tonight I’m gonna go play Magic: the Gathering at the local nerd-fest with my two sons. Tomorrow afternoon I’m going to watch a EuroCup match and drink beers with a buddy. Tomorrow night I’m playing a local casino poker tournament, and Sunday morning I’m planning run a 5k road race.
A) When, exactly, do you think I’ll have time to “get to work”? And
