Game saved. Wouldn’t want to lose all of that wonderful progress of showing off your weird cobblestone fetish…

If you get caught poking things with your stick a third time, the judge said you’ll do hard time in jail! Better to keep your stick to yourself.

You are standing in front of an iron gate. It is raining. Exits are north, east, and west.

Check for gate buzzer

You look around the gate for anything that resembles a doorbell or speaker box. You don’t see anything that would use electricity.

You are holding a box wrapped in paper and tied with twine. It’s addressed to “Lord Alastair Spooky.”

Put on lucky hat.
Head East.

You left your lucky hat in your lucky car! You know, the one you don’t have… since you’re riding a bicycle…

You can go home once you’ve had Mr Spooky sign for his parcel!

Open the gate

You push on the gate. It swings open with a long creak. Beyond the gate a path leads north.

With a promise to yourself that you’ll get close to these cobblestones later, you get on your bicycle and ride towards the mansion. The poorly maintained path quickly damages your bicycle’s tires, and you have to walk the last few feet.

You step up to Spooky Manor’s imposing front door. There is a brass knocker here. Exits are south.

Inspect the knockers

The brass knocker sits prominently on the door. The knocker appears to be the head of a wolf, with a handle (the part you use to knock) hanging out of the wolf’s mouth.

Curse about your damaged bicycle tires and have a quick look around for something to repair them with.

Ooh. Nice knockers

You look around for spare tires, or something to repair your shredded tires with. You don’t see anything that would help.

This guy is too cordial about his broken tires :judge:

He is on the job and all. He likes to save it for when he’s home alone.
