This guy (Deputy Head of the GRU) was responsible for the UK poisonings (nerve agent) and the targeting of civilians in Ukraine with missiles.

SBU seems to have Russia thoroughly penetrated. Its astonishing they can get to such a high ranking military general.

He also signed documents agreeing to treat POWs according the Geneva Convention, and we’ve see how that played out.

Putin is anti LGBTQ, has made abortion more difficult, and wants married couples to have a lot of kids. Things like the being involved in mass murder and assassinating political opponents can be tolerated.
