Judiciary can’t do anything until prosecutors bring case. Not sure who would have standing to sue otherwise.

One of my ancestors (Zenas Ross) on my mother’s side fought in the King’s Military Regiment in the American Revolution. As a result his land was confiscated after the AR and he and his family were forced to flee to what would become Canada.
His son enrolled in the local regiment and fought in the War of 1812. It did not take much urging for him to fight the Americans but I do not know if his regiment burned the WH. Possibly.
Several in the next generation also eventually joined the local regiment including my direct ancestor Marvel Ross. I loved his first name but my wife would not let me name our son after him. I am sure none of them would have taken 51st state rhetoric kindly!

I had to read to the very last sentence to get this:

Note that Miller was in the chat but he in the DoD chain of command. Presumably he is there as WH Deputy Chief of Staff.
Looked like Miller might have been added to the chat after Vance expressed concerns.
Or adding 50 provinces? Who will end up annexing whom?
