Mine is frameless and is pretty easy to keep from getting crusty or moldy, the older style doors with tracks… that is a concern.
If you’d like to post frequently in the shower beer thread, we can look for changes in the curtain’s color or pattern.
Yes, with the heightened popularity of beer showers, those curtains might need to be changed more frequently.
We stayed at a house of some friends of friends a few times when visiting my daughter at college when she was cheering. They had a note next to the shower stating that the shower should be squeegeed every day after the last shower. We did. I had never done that before.
Now when we visit my other daughter she asks that we squeegee after showering. We do.
I’m not all that thrilled about it because often by the time I am done squeegeeing, I’m sweating enough that I probably should take another shower. (Yes, I’m fat and out of shape).
That’s what we do with the tub mat.
That’s crazy. Why in the world would you ask guests to clean for you?
The one eventually turned into a vacation rental so I’m not sure what they ask now. We no longer stay there.
As for staying at my daughter’s, my wife does all the laundry of the bedding and towels we use before we leave and cleans the whole room and bathroom we use before we leave, but that is her. Interestingly, she doesn’t like the squeegeeing either. I’m confused and just do what I’m told.
Are some shower doors only clear on one side?
This is me for so many things in my life. Do I get it? Not so much. Am I going to die on this hill? Nah.
Our shower walls are clear in front (including the door) and on one side.
