Seahawks Are Still For Real This Time

Hopefully you switched at the point of this post

I am ready to play Locke

Yup. I quit watching after the 3rd interception as I gave up on Darnold then. Just not his day.

Maybe you should switch to our Grey Cup?

Tough loss but hard to win with 4 interceptions. Defence was awesome though.

Kept it close.
Maybe there were too many SEA fans.
Maybe the shitty weather reminded them of home.

So, a must-win in another few weeks.

Hoping for a flex to MNF: MIN-SEA in two weeks.

This author and thinker… writes too much and thinks too much (IMO). Good read, though.

Still a maybe. Competition is MIN-GB and NYG-DET. SEA should be a team that SoCal area should focus on, to root against, etc. Gonna pessimistically predict MIN-GB, hope I’m wrong.

Nope. I’m right.

Seattle is a double digit favorite against a door mat w little fans. MN-GB is a meaningful rivalry game. MN could be eliminated from playoffs after 14-3 season. To quote Ron Burgandy, “Mc was a bad choice”

Which is why I was right.

I hope Seattle gets flexed to prime time against MN, but not hopeful there unless MN trounces GB to stay alive.

It’s in Week 13. “12 days notice” has expired.
For MNF, I’m not sure what “12 days” refers to: from the original game date or the changed game date. If the latter, they have until end of today, whatever that time might be.
And this web page says that too many people have their travel schedules arranged to change a Sun to a Mon and vice versa:

Flexing the IND-SEA (Week 15) might be nice, except SEA plays on TNF the next week. Both at home, though.

So, the rest of the season is a TNF game that I would have been able to see anyway, and maybe one of the two final weekends are flexed to Saturday.

I just saw Den-Was stayed. That is awful game.

There is a cool article in The Athletic about Seahawks gaining 2.2 pts per game due to kickoffs. They and the Panthers are best at kicking off under new rules. Myers knuckleball as well as high draw landing at 5 keep returners on toes. It was an interesting ranking with Niners and Bills at bottom.

Nothing wrong w today. Always wants a rout. D got a little tired at end. After being on field so much, not much of a concern. Good bounce back.

Missed the game for social commitments. Didn’t check the score until afterwards as figured it was a sure thing.

Encouraging that the Hawks are now 8-3 with their three losses by only 2, 3 and 4 points.

Still have to beat LAR.
