It came out when I was in college and they were going to have a premiere at the Varsity Theater in the BYU student union. Apparently nobody had any idea what the movie was about. It was canceled a few days before it was to be shown.

Officials say nowadays between 15,000 and 20,000 tourists per year visit Borja to see the famous portrait, which is now behind a protective shield of glass.
So it ended pretty well.
The original painting was from the 19th century from the painter Elias Garcia Martinez⊠a painter of no particular renown.

RIP - I did not know of her
My wife and I followed Carolineâs career as we had been JFK fans. I only became award of Tatiana after she wrote her powerful piece on her cancer last year.

Bob Weir - Grateful Dead rhythm guitarist, singer and songwriter. I think that leaves just the drummers from the original band. RIP and go jam with Jerry again.
