Oh. I hadn’t been paying close attention to this and actually thought the “without prejudice” part was a good thing and meant that justice might eventually prevail, not realizing that the whole point was to maintain a threat. Silly me.

I hate this place.
Honestly, assuming a reasonable curriculum (maybe a big assumption?), I don’t mind that.
What I do mind is the mentality that gun safety needs to be taught in school (perhaps because parents can’t be trusted to do the job), but sex education must not be taught in schools (because that’s something that is best left for parents).
