Being serious, I welcome correction as I’m no lawyer. Prosecution seems to essentially be arguing that his Jan 6th actions were actions as a candidate, not as an office-holder. An office-holder has no official duties to ensure that they are elected, but Trump was doing things to be elected as a candidate running for office. It’s more complex of course but seems to be the gist. They have several main reasons why that’s the case, and other arguments.

I can’t believe MTG hasn’t rolled out the evidence of how “they” can control the weather. Or, said who “they” are.
After all, she’s in the House, she’s allegedly got friends, Republicans control the House, … surely someone has access to the evidence. And yet, she doesn’t provide any of that information.
