Well I did say hydroponics. I assume that is a lot more feasible / likely to succeed than attempting to either transport a material quantity of earth soil or grow stuff in Martian soil.
I think one of the reasons scientists were interested in hydroponics in the first place was so that fruits & veggies could be grown in space. And looking into it, it seems that ISS already utilizes both hydroponics and aeroponics, which I didn’t even know was a thing until just now.
They could look at raising insects for protein to start with.
That could be interesting, but the documentary Starship Troopers could be seen as a cautionary tale.
Boehbert, who frequently rails about the evils of sex education in school, is going to be a grandma at 36. Her 17 yo son and his girlfriend are pregnant. It seems most (all?) major news sources aren’t publishing the girlfriend’s age ATM, but seems she’s either 15 or 16 depending on the source. Bobo herself dropped out of high school to breed, so this is a bit of a family tradition.
A husband who exposed himself to under age girls at a bowling alley and a son knocking up a 15/16 yo. The men in her life sure seem to be responsible men.

ten and four years are big proximatey ranges
so a 15yo can pork a 24.9yo, but a 14yo can’t pork an 18yo? 
Incidentally, the other day I was looking at court’s online marriage license application site that said “if either party is under 18, contact the court for further information.” I picture FBI agents dressed as office plants waiting for someone to actually be in that situation to attempt to go get that further information.
I got a peek at the local county’s marriage license software. It was hilarious. They literally had a button with a shotgun on it.
Those don’t even meet the 1/2 plus 7 rule.
Would depend on when their birthdays were. 14 & 5 months could consent to 18 & 4 months, for example.
But really, those are pretty big gaps.
I’m not sure half your age + 7 works very well for 14 & 15 year-olds. On your 14th birthday you can date… but only someone born on the exact same day as you.
But 4 years is a lot for a 14 year-old.
And 10 years is insane for a 15 year-old.
Works well enough, IMO. 14 year olds dating is pretty ridiculous anyway - based on observations from the last few years of teaching Jr High/High School.
Come on Romeo and Juliet were like 16 & 13 or something like that.
