Are the edges crunchy? Asking for a friend.

Mmmmm…barely coagulated, as the description in my house goes.

FB post: I’m 65+ and no longer have kids in school, I shouldn’t have to pay property taxes!

Me: but when your kids were in school, 65+ year olds with no kids in school had to pay for your kids’ schooling…

Went out for lunch. Pulling in, Spoon’s ‘Underdog’ was on my radio. Walk into the restaurant and ‘Inside Out’ is on. Good deal.

I think too many people have lost sight of the purpose of taxation is to fund items that benefit the whole of society.

It was -25C with the wind chill when my wife and I set off nordic skiing this morning. That’s our limit now. We used to ski in -30C sometimes in Quebec in the old days but BC weather has softened us.

My mother just emailed. They had three moose wander through the back yard today.

I’m starting to think about moose hunting in the fall. I’ve gotten a moose with a rifle, no more real interest in that. Been considering going for moose with bow. I was thinking about doing that at our normal hunting grounds but now I’m wondering if I shouldn’t just go home. Where my mother and sister live it’s bow only for moose. Hmmmmm.
