no inspection? that’s the kind of stuff that you should be able to notice before closing.

I ordered something online from CA on 4/8. Starting with the actual “shipped” scan (ignoring order received, packed, label created…) the transit history contains 18 records in 13 cities. It’s still 500 miles away from me, and the last 2 stops were moving farther away. I think it’s probably a personal record for me on stops for a domestic package. Not that I keep track of that, but it seems a bit much.
So, in health care, an IPA is an Independent Physician Association. So today somebody was talking about a PCP IPA. And I couldn’t help but think. I like a nice strong IPA, but a PCP IPA would be a bit too much.

What if it’s extra hoppy?
Well, it’s pretty commonly known that hops and weed are related. My ex wanted (and had) a natural childbirth. Her hippy-dippy midwife suggested that during childbirth, she should drink a really hoppy beer.
Would it be the hops, or the high alcohol content, that helped with the pain of childbirth. Who can say?
Better have another just to be sure

What is kataifi ?
It’s a dessert ingredient that I guess is small strips of shredded, toasted phyllo dough, often paired with pistachios and/or chocolate

You can still be digital and just request a paper copy of stuff (for a short time).
I’ve done that with bank account (for a different reason than for a Real ID, though).

I ran into the same issue with my Irish project, where I switched to paper bills just to have proof of residence to send in. I hadn’t thought ahead about it and thankfully had a couple bills appear fast once I did.
Speaking of which, I got an email about a week ago from the Irish government saying they received my application. Their website seems to indicate that the wait is now about 9 months to hear whether or not I’ve got citizenship.

Is this the guts of the so-called “Dubai Bar”? If so, then I approve. 
So a ~year ago I got a package delivered to me that wasn’t mine. It was raining and I walked it to the correct address - and since it was raining I rang the doorbell to give it to them (the house doesn’t have a porch or portico, didn’t know where to put it where it wouldn’t get wet). Gave them the package, cool.
I ran into the wife today, I didn’t remember her but she remembered me. Asked me if I lived in Colorado previously, yeah. Did I work at an office in Broomfield? Yeah, this is getting weird. Her husband was the kitchen manager there for a year. She said after I dropped off the package he kept saying he knew me, took him a week before it dawned on him.
