Hmmm, Google research indicates this happens roughly once a year in China… sometimes the eels are swallowed, sometimes inserted rectally, but never ending well for the person attempting it.
Do they not have laxatives in China? Stool softener? Prunes? Heck, even coffee. These items are safe, effective, inexpensive, not particularly unpleasant, and widely available in the US, so it’s hard to imagine resorting to… eels. 
Slipper eels in a slippery, soapy shower: that is a recipe for a one in a million disaster!!! 
He only played one in the movies. It’s someone out standing in their field!!!

I’ve heard of these Crumbl cookies before but never had or seen one. Had to go to the fabric store tonight and ordered 12 cookies to pick up, as the store is next door to the fabric shop.
I have made a huge mistake. How are my husband and kids supposed to eat these before they go bad?!

A Crumbl opened in my town. Somewhat expensive, but they are very good cookies, IMO.
What Mrs. VA and I did was got a 4-pack of 4 different cookies. Then we quartered each one so that we could sample each one. Lasted about 3 days that way–and was still good on day 3 as on day 1; so I would believe that they would still be pretty good on day 5 or 6.

Funny my wife was mentioning them lately as we just got one 1.3 miles from our house. We’ll try them eventually, but I doubt it will become a habit as it’s in the same area as a Hurts donuts and we are quite fond of sharing the occasional old fashioned donut.

We had one about 5 miles away, and another opened just a mile away. Overpriced, IMO, good but not great cookies. We bought a 4 pack last week. I was entitled to 1/4 of 4 different cookies, and ate them over 4 days, with no packaging except the original cardboard box. They were still OK, IMO (and wife and daughter ate theirs on about the same schedule, weren’t concerned about deterioration.)
Our 4-pack was only 3 different kinds, and my particular share was 3 quarters of chocolate caramel (from 2 of those) and 1 quarter of chocolate strawberry something. There was something with cheesecake that I passed on to get a third caramel. Unanimous conclusion was that the strawberry was best.

We have an Insomnia cookies slightly further away. We rarely go, but we think their cookies are much better than Crumbl.
One factor about distance: every time we’ve hit Crumbl, it was almost nothing out of the way from somewhere we were going anyway. Insomnia would almost always be a 5+ mile round trip just for cookies.

Oh wow, we have an Insomnia Cookies in my city and I’d no idea it was a chain. I’m not much of a sweet-eater. TIL.
