I know dat feel.
I dropped the ball on this. Donating again this Friday.
The squishy ball they have you squeeze repeatedly during your donation?
I decided my teva sandals needed a cleaning today so I googled to see if there were any specific instructions. I found some by Teva, who recommends their sandals be cleaned every 2-4 weeks. WTF. Who cleans their sandals that often?
Someone who wants the brand label showing for virtue signalling.
Perhaps, but it’s not like Teva is a high end brand.
I bet @Breadmaker keeps his sandals popping.
I post way too much in this thread.
I post way too much.
Actually, I do need a new pair of Tevas: my old ones are falling apart.
Sandals get cleaned?
I just buy some $5 pair on clearance in October then wear it for 4-6 years.
Go to the beach, whatever. Rinse it off in the water. Light lawn work? Sandals time. Abuse them to hell then toss them.
Friday is a bad day to change passwords. I have the whole weekend to forget it.
That’s why they invented post-it notes
Today was my 42nd blood donation at my local blood bank.
I’d considered making a 42 thread or a blood donation thread but DNGAF Friday overruled.
Was that 1 pint forty-two times?
My blood center always hits me up for double-red donation because my blood type is good for that somehow. It’s kind of a hassle because the process takes about 4 times as long. I always feel entitled to take extra oreos though afterward.
I had to look at my donor sheet, as it separates out the different types. 42 whole blood donations. I used to donate platelets but it takes a long time. I give @Lucy’s husband kudos for being a regular platelets donor.
I do platelet donations which also take about 4 times as long as a “normal” blood donation. Where I do this has Netflix, so I find a movie that I’m interested in that the misses isn’t and watch that.
I am donating on Wednesday.
#every8weeks
I donate pretty much whenever they call me to remind me I’m eligible. I think it’s been a good 6 months. Maybe I should call.
