#1 is hard to test without knowing you’re using good wiper blades. Big fan of Bosch myself.

ITA; but I would also say to look at how the wipers are attached and how “easy” it might be to change/replace.

I’ve never had a ton of trouble, but can we all agree that we don’t need 21 1/2 ways to connect a wiper to a metal pole? It’s ridiculous.

I’ve gotten used to =SUMIFS and so no longer rely on {=SUM(IF.

Every company I’ve worked for seems to have that one Line of Business that could be referred to as the problem-child.

Front runner? Do you mean 4Runner?

No, front runner, as in the car I thought I was most likely to buy on the basis of my online research. The leading candidate at that point in time.

What kind of car is that? I’ve searched and come up completely empty.

Yeah…what twig03 is describing is the last one in that list.

…or are you thinking of “running boards”? Those are usually along the side of the vehicle, but I suppose some nut job artsy fartsy designer may think it’s a good idea to put them on the front.

LOL

I didn’t even know it had a definition specific to cars. I guess I was applying the political definition more broadly.

I’ve used “front runner” or “leading candidate” to describe all manner of decisions that are not yet final. Which college I was thinking about attending after high school, which color I’m going to paint the bathroom, which job I’m going to take…

Is that unusual usage?

It doesn’t. Um, “someone” just added it.

No. No, it is not.

Gotcha. Still, is my usage unusual? I feel like this isn’t something I made up unilaterally.

I edited my post before you finished your reply.

No, it is not particularly unusual and I would guess that virtually everyone but me understood what you were saying. I would like to think that most mornings I would have understood it as well. It is simply this morning I am both tired and read too quickly.
