Yes, strange. It looked blurred to me too. But it was a screen shot from today’s Phila paper.
Should have gone with this close-up of the first cartoon, which does not capture all of it, but gets all the content except the cartoonist’s name. What I did, and what normally works fine, is to zoom in on the page until I get the area I want.
No good way to get a sharper image of the second, that I could figure out.
Also, Prohibition was 1920-1933, so the beer mug adds to their ignorance of history.
