All fine & well to say but the reality is that there will always be bad actors.
I think the goal is to reduce the proportion of bad actors. We’ve had a lot of other programs to cut back on undesirable behaviours with varying levels of success
Sure, but it’s not like women (or men, for that matter) will ever be “safe”. Statistically less likely to have an incident, of course. But it’s something we can only asymptotically approach. I just take issue with language that suggest some future utopia where there is no such thing as sexual assault.
