Interesting. The era when the Roman Empire had four emperors is referred to as the tetrarchy. I imagine that using Greek words in those days was a sign of sophistication (like using French words today). Perhaps that flowed down to current times.

I got some AA airfare credits I have you use up from the Before Time: I hafta see if they’re still good.
Hubs travels a lot and says the gate agents for AA are the worst in the business. I think he’s fine with the flight crews though.
I havent flown American Airlines much, but my last experience was a disaster and the one before that was poor. I wouldn’t choose to fly with them unless they were the only option

I, too, turn to canned whip cream as my drug of choice, but it has nothing to do with nitrous oxide.
I also hate American Airlines. Never fly them if there’s any other option. I did fly American to Greece this summer (booked with British), and it went fine.
But it looks like most of my trips now will be to DCA, so I’m about to become a Southwest guy.
