The most WTF thing about that crash is the number of people standing around outside their cars. You have two possible choices: stay in your vehicle or run quickly to get way off the road. Standing on/near the highway is madness that situation.
True, in my situation, there was no good place that I could have gone to get away from the roadway and my vehicle was off the roadway enough and positioned such that I would mostlikely be rearended if anything. So I decided to stay in my vehicle.
That guy filming obviously initially thought he was far enough away that he was safe, though it seems maybe he wasn’t as far as he needed to be to have that level of confidence.
If he was a “passenger”, I certainly hope that he paid his fare.
I hope those “seats” were discount fares.
So he crawled out the skylight/vent, is what it looks like. I can’t tell but it looks like his legs are still in the bus.
She stole $40 million, at less than $10K per time. That’s work!
Yes. Now that I watch it again. That seems like what is going on here.
In all shots, yes, that’s what it looks like, except beginning at the 0:30 point of the video. There, to me, it looks like he’s completely out of the bus, and the bus driver finally pulls over.
In other news, MetroTransit is changing their name to SpiritTransit.
In other-other news, Spirit airlines announces a new super-discounted fare.
Flying with Spirit is for suckers.
They watched the video from Afghanistan?
I’m sorry, very poor taste. Please don’t slap me.
I flew Spirit once. Once!

I don’t think she was doing the pro-life thing correctly. Or maybe I just don’t understand what being pro-life really means.
Me, too!
Definitely fits the thread title. But since you don’t seem to have read the article, it implies that she stole the fetuses from an abortion clinic that she gained access to under false pretenses.
Headline definitely WTF. Actual story not what the headline and first paragraph says but sit WTF.
I did read the article, I was just mocking the entire pro-life thing while still embracing the WTF part of “who decides to keep fetuses in a freezer?”
It’s not? It said that children drank the “milk” except they forgot the quotations. I missed any differences.
The headline and the first paragraph say the milk cartons were filled with “hand sanitizer”. It was not “hand sanitizer”, it was a non-toxic sanitizer that is used to clean the machinery.
The headline and first paragraph make it sound like it was the same stuff put in the bottles we have been using constantly for the last 2 years to put on our hands. I would bet it is quite different.
Oh, so “sanitizer”… not “hand sanitizer”.
I don’t think that moves the needle on the WTF-ometer at all, but I will grant you that it is mis-stated.
