That’s technically against the rules, but certainly possible. In particular, you get paid more per fish once you’ve caught 200 so there are financial incentives to collude.
I would take a quick trip across the border during next year’s fishing season to see this guy in action if I knew his location.
Of course, there may be no border by next summer or it may be closed…

Sunset Blvd comes from Hollywood/Bel-Air/Beverly Hills and ends up at the Pacific in Pacific Palisades, so it shouldn’t be too surprising that there are going to be a lot of famous names with homes there.
But like DTNF said, probably just one of several houses they own.
Fire now seems to be encroaching on Brentwood.
So more celebrity houses to come.
We are watching this on the BBC in Brussels and our little one keeps asking about the fires.
We explained to her they are “far far away” 
Anytime i hear of brentwood i think of a clip from the gary shandling show during the oj trial. During a rant the sidekick guy was calling the residents of brentwood the real victims. Hillariois scene. The fire threst decidely less funny and more real.
