Resurrecting thisā¦ I know a young woman (I want to say 19) whose mom still has a text monitoring app on her phone. So, she tells everybody not to text her and instead communicate on Facebook. She also moved half a country away to get away from her mom, and I would assume will be going no-contact sometime after graduating.

I had something like that in Montana. Weād filed a decrease to just try to facilitate a quick approval (our schedule mod flexibility was more than enough to make up for the change in manual rates) and they were almost paternalistic in asking like āare you sure you wouldnāt prefer higher?ā
