I’m not going to do any followup for the prior murder – that was a domestic situation. Local community is doing stuff, etc.
This one… well:
The hospital and road named are right near my house. As close as this hospital was, I never took Stu there… on purpose. We went to Northern Westchester Hospital in Mt. Kisco instead. It’s a much better hospital.
It would be good to know how an old man, newly discharged from the hospital, ended up dead on the road near the hospital. Maybe he didn’t have a ride? Tried to walk it? Who knows.
The 95 runs alongside Beaufort County and takes you up to… Armonk, NY!!!
I don’t know what kind of ground a typical monkey covers in a day, but Google Maps tells me that’s 860 miles and would take a human in excess of 13 days to cover that distance.
I think it’s possible they won’t make it that far before they are captured.
They could hitchhike.
Or a certain cybernetically enhanced wallaby may have built a portal through the space-time continuum that will instantly transport the monkeys to a secret underground lab in … Armonk, NY.
Well there are no id requirements for non-human primates for air travel, so that mode cannot be ruled out.
There might not be ID requirements but they ARE required to have a human handler (with ID) and a decent chunk of paperwork.
Or at least a trenchcoat.
oooh a car chase!
Watch out for the unmarked police car out front of where the Swan Deli used to be!

I forgot Alan Menken lives in our town
I’m taking my son to see it on Saturday… but he faked me out, evidently, he’s seeing it at school tomorrow
he gets to see it twice (and I paid for the second time)
I’ve played with the composer sitting in the front row and it’s very nerve-wracking.
If his chance to see it at school is like most of the ones around here when they bring in elementary or Jr. High students to see the HS production, they do an abridged version to keep the amount of time either watching students or performing students are out of class. So we usually didn’t have a problem paying for our kids to go back in the evening or the Saturday matinee to see the entire production.
Well, the problem is, my son D is autistic with limited language, and I don’t think they saw it at school at all anyway. I believe he only saw the signs around at school, which mentioned the first performance was Thursday night.
In any case, we saw it on that weekend and he enjoyed himself.
