Israel - Hamas War October 2023

A Palestinian is filing a suit at the ICC against Hamas.

Same Elliot Malin that wrote this article:

I wonder what Zionist is funding him for this latest nonsense.

This seems brutal.

They are all going to end up at the Hague. Don’t care how long it takes.

These people are rotten to the core.

And this surprises absolutely nobody.

Not what the administration meant:

Kind of sounds like a war crime… Why is Israel supposed to be thought of as the good guys again?

Cuz yer an antisemite otherwise

They aren’t. They are evil to the core. No saving them at this point.

Disgusting that they’re torturing children.

Like I said, these people are so far gone as a society…I don’t think its fixable anymore.

Case in point:

The people responsible for these attrocities are going to end up at the Hague.

Of that I have little doubt. Israel will be increasingly isolated internationally and economically, just as South Africa was.

They are already global pariahs, but once the US turns on them its going to get much, much worse.

Shaiel Ben-Ephraim posts on X:

“I have been reading the new UN report about how Israel has been targeting children in Gaza. There are no words to describe how awful it is. Here are some of the worst examples:

  1. Hind Rajab and family, Tel al-Hawa, Gaza City, 29 Jan 2024. Named. A family of seven plus two paramedics killed. Hind Rajab, 5 to 6, stayed on the phone with rescuers for hours, trapped in a car among her dead relatives. Her cousin Layan Hamadeh, 15, was killed mid-call. The rescue ambulance, dispatched with COGAT clearance, was shelled.

  2. The 15-year-old with the white flag, Khan Younis, 24 Jan 2024. Anonymous. Shot in the foot during an ordered evacuation while holding a white cloth, then shot twice more in the back and neck as he tried to rise. His 20-year-old brother killed running to him; their mother shot signaling for an ambulance. Assessed as DAN .338 sniper fire from about 200m.

  3. The 10-day-old baby, Nuseirat camp, 12 Apr 2024. Anonymous. Shot in the head by a quadcopter-mounted rifle while being breastfed inside a tent. Survived with brain damage and seizures.

  4. The 14-year-old killed with fragmenting pellets, Aug 2024. Anonymous. Cube-shaped pellets that fragmented internally like cluster munitions, destroying multiple organs. The report flags the munition itself as a possible war crime.

  5. Jadallah “Jad” Jadallah, Al-Far’a camp, Tubas, 16 Nov 2025. Named. Jadallah Jihad Jouma Jadallah, 14, shot at close range and left bleeding for roughly 45 minutes while about 14 soldiers stood around him. One kicked his cap back when he threw it for attention, one filmed him, one placed a stone beside him to stage a stone-throwing pretext. Soldiers fired at his approaching mother and blocked two ambulances. Body withheld.

  6. Layla al-Khatib, Muthallath al-Shuhada, 25 Jan 2025. Named. Layla (Laila) Muhammad Ayman al-Khatib, 2, shot in the back of the head during dinner at home, four bullets fired through the living room window. Youngest West Bank child killed in the reporting period. B’Tselem found the only man in the building was her grandfather, contradicting the “wanted terrorist” claim.

  7. Saddam Rajab, Tulkarem, shot 28 Jan 2025, died 7 Feb 2025. Named. Saddam (Sadam) Rajab, 10, shot during an incursion. A soldier told the father, “I am the one who shot your son. God willing, he will die.” Medical care obstructed; the boy died of his wounds days later.

  1. Walid Ahmad, Megiddo Prison, died 22 Mar 2025. Named. Walid Khalid Abdullah Ahmad, 17, from Silwad. Healthy at arrest in Sept 2024; dead six months later of starvation, muscle wasting, untreated colitis and scabies. First Palestinian minor to die in Israeli custody since Oct 2023. Family learned of his death from a news article; body withheld.
  1. The Sde Teiman 15-year-old, detention. Anonymous. Held among 70 adults, shackled until his hands bled, dogs released on prone detainees; described as “the worst days of my life.” A separate 15-year-old reported being electrocuted via a needle in his shoulder over 54 days.

  2. The four newborns at Al-Nasr Pediatric Hospital, Nov 2023. Anonymous. Found decomposing, still attached to defunct life-support machines, after staff were forced to evacuate without being able to move them. Independently verified by the Commission, Washington Post, and CNN.

  3. Newborn hypothermia deaths, Dec 2024 to Feb 2025. Anonymous. At least 15 newborns, including a one-day-old girl, died of cold linked to lack of shelter, fuel, and incubators. UNICEF called the deaths preventable.

  4. Sexual violence in detention. Anonymous. Forced public stripping and filming of boys during mass arrests; two cousins aged 7 and 13 stripped at gunpoint in Jenin; new reports of boys raped in custody, one on multiple occasions.

The Commission documents at least 20,179 Palestinian children killed and 44,143 wounded in two years, 30 percent of all the dead in Gaza, alongside 213 more killed in the West Bank. Thirteen times the Commission asked Israel to respond, and thirteen times it heard nothing back. Israel doesn’t care enough to even respond. It kills children as a matter of policy.”

Its likely too late for any of them.

The list of crimes is practically a novel at this point in time.

So, fiction??

In their minds? Probably.

We are dealing with a country that has effectively turned rabidly ethno-supremacist while heavily militarising using religious ideology.

Nothing logical and factual will get through to them. Its like interacting with a cult.

So if they keep this up (which is likely) the only global option left is the crippling of their economy via sanctions and travel bans for all of the citizens.

The US is turning on Israel as we speak, and once that tips over and they haven’t changed their path…they will get hit from all sides economically-speaking.

The more evidence people inside Israel dig up, the more this entire Israeli Govt charade stinks to high heaven.

With every week that passes, the official story of October 7th rots a little more.

We were told about beheaded babies.
Israel’s own National Insurance Institute later confirmed that one infant was shot in Be’eri that day.
No mass decapitations.

The story was a field “miscommunication” that went global before anyone checked. (Haaretz; Israeli National Insurance Institute)

We were told about babies baked in ovens and a pregnant woman cut open in Be’eri.
israeli journalists and kibbutz residents confirmed these specific stories never happened.

They were circulated by first responders and repeated in diplomatic circles anyway. (Haaretz; Ynet)

We were told about systematic mass rape used as a weapon of war.

While the UN Commission of Inquiry found “reasonable grounds to believe” sexual violence occurred, it noted israeli authorities collected no rape kits,
preserved no crime scenes,
and left no forensic trail.

The same commission concluded that the graphic certainty sold to the world in October 2023 had no evidentiary backbone. (UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry, 2024)

These weren’t mistakes.
These were psychological operations.

They needed you horrified beyond thought so you wouldn’t ask questions.

And it worked.
For a while.

But here’s what we know now.
What we know.

israeli intelligence possessed Hamas’s 40-page attack blueprint: “Jericho Wall”—for more than a year.

It mapped the drills,
the methods,
the breaches. (Haaretz; Ynet)

Border surveillance soldiers warned their commanders for months that resistance fighters were rehearsing fence breaches and kibbutz raids.

They were ignored,
dismissed,
and in some cases threatened. (Haaretz; The Jerusalem Post)

The system didn’t fail.
The system chose not to act.

On the morning of October 7th, the iOF Southern Command issued a division-wide order: “Not a single vehicle can return to Gaza.” (Haaretz, July 2024)

Channel 12 broadcast footage of a senior officer demanding Gaza be struck knowing hostages were in the vehicles:
“Break it all apart. Along with the soldiers who got abducted.” (Channel 12; Haaretz)

That’s not a rescue operation.
That’s the Hannibal Directive in broad daylight,
applied to your own people.

Then came the cover-up.

Police documents on Nova festival security and operational logs? Deleted from central systems in January 2024.

israeli authorities confirmed they do not know who purged them or whether comprehensive backups exist. (The Jerusalem Post; Times of Israel)

The friendly-fire death toll?
Buried.

The iOF admits Apache helicopters,
drones,
and tank crews fired into border zones and vehicles where captors and hostages were intermingled.

At Kibbutz Be’eri, a tank shelling ordered by Brig. Gen. Barak Hiram killed 13 israeli hostages.

The military investigated and kept the full forensic breakdown secret. (IDF statements; Haaretz; Times of Israel)

A State Commission of Inquiry,
the only body under Israeli law with the power to subpoena military logs, black-box data, and top-secret communications?
Blocked for nearly three years by Netanyahu’s coalition.

Replaced with a politically appointed panel where the accused choose their own investigators.
Victims’ families call it a whitewash. (The Times of Israel; The Jerusalem Post)

And the behaviour since?
That’s the confession.

Within hours, israel pivoted from total military paralysis to the most meticulously organised campaign of annihilation in modern memory.

Entire cities flattened.
Universities and hospitals systematically destroyed.
Two million people starved,
displaced,
and slaughtered.

The UN Commission of Inquiry has now concluded israel committed acts of genocide. (UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry; ICJ proceedings)

As have the The UN Special Committee on israeli Practices, the International Association of Genocide Scholars, the Lemkin Institute for Genocide Prevention, Genocide Watch, Amnesty International, Doctors Against Genocide, Human Rights Watch, Doctors Without Borders, Physicians for Human Rights-israel, B’Tselem, and so many other organisations.

Settlements in the West Bank accelerated at a pace that would have been politically impossible on October 6th.

Regional wars expanded.
All of it using the trauma of October 7th as an unchallengeable blank check.

You don’t need to see the signed memo to know what happened. You just need to look at the 1,000 days that followed.

A state capable of this—
of manufacturing atrocity propaganda,
of deleting evidence,
of turning its own hostages into acceptable collateral damage,
of treating genocide as policy—

—is a state capable of letting the gate swing open if it served the larger agenda.
And it did.

The agenda was never about security.
It was about finishing the job.
About using the one atrocity they couldn’t stop, or chose not to stop, to finally erase Gaza and advance the Greater israel project that had been waiting for its pretext.

The cover-up is thick because the truth is simple: they knew.
They stood down.
They let their own people die.

And they’ve spent 1,000 days making sure you never get the paperwork that proves it.
