Israel - Hamas War October 2023

Humans of New York story on a DWB Dr. who returned from Gaza.

By writing that, you’ve just begged Dear Leader to say, “Hold my beer.”

You have to understand: it’s like an abuser who makes a claim when questioned about why their usual victim is lying in a pool of blood, having had the shit beaten out of them yet again.

The victim? Well, you can’t believe them - because, duh.
The witnesses? All 2, 3, 5, 10, 100 or more of them? You can’t believe them either, they just irrationally hate the abuser. They’ve got an agenda they’re trying to push.
All the evidence showing that the abuser beat the shit out of the victim? That’s all fake, made up, doesn’t capture the real troof of what happened.

The abuser? They’re the real victim here. Set aside that they’ve got a proven history as an abuser, they’ve got a proven history as being a lying liar who incessantly lies, who’s got a proven history of beating the shit out of the victim. That was all a set-up. The abuser never has a reason to lie, they’re definitely telling the truth this time. And, you can trust they’re telling the truth because they say they’re telling the truth and they have no reason to lie. [Well, other than avoiding being taken off to jail yet again, avoiding another charge of beating the shit out of someone, avoiding a potential harsh punishment, losing the inability to intimidate others, and so on and so on].

Really, in all of this, we’re all Hamas because we’re anti-Israel beating the shit out of Palestine, anti-starving the Palestinians, anti-genociding the Palestinians, and so on - and more importantly, we’re not pro-Israel doing all of that stuff. It’s quintessential gaslighting, and I refuse to engage with it.

Finkelstein has pretty much turned out to be correct on all fronts with his previous book.

So was Uncle Leo on Seinfeld… wait, he was simply claiming anti-Semitism for all of his bad luck.

Was curious what you meant by this-- here’s what the BBC says. Not to say you are misquoting, just thought I’d provide the whole quote.

The BBC understands Sharif worked for a Hamas media team in Gaza before the current conflict.

In some of his social media posts before his death, the journalist can be heard criticising Hamas.

Committee for the Protection of Journalists CEO Jodie Ginsberg told the BBC there was no justification for Sharif’s killing.

“International law is very clear on this point that the only individuals who are legitimate targets during a war are active combatants. Having worked as a media advisor for Hamas, or indeed for Hamas currently, does not make you an active combatant”, she said.

“And nothing that the Israeli forces has produced so far in terms of evidence gives us any kind of assurance that he was even an active member of Hamas.”

And yes, obviously it would be a war crime if Ukraine or Russia were mudering journalists who used to work with the opposing side.

Also, yes, I think the main issue we all have with Israel is they rarely back their assertions with evidence, or allow neutral parties to collect or review any evidence. Maybe this time will be different though.

It’s simple: Israel only kills reporters that support Hamas, so if they killed him he was definitely a Hamas supporter. It’s the same with the other 230+ journalists killed in Gaza, or for that matter any civilians.

Note, in NO way am I trying to imply that “because AI said it, it’s correct.”

Saw this on a friend’s Facebook page…

I figured out how to make the screenshots a bit nearer, do tidied it up.

See, Israel isn’t irrationally targeting reporters for sport. They could have easily identified her as being Hamas just for being present and shot her, but instead they merely told her to take 7 lbs. of food to last 2 months so as to prevent her from giving aid to the Palestinians in Gaza so they can be more effectively starved to death.

They are also planting stories in the media in order to build their narrative about reporters.

How come no one has been arrested for the Oct 7 kidnappings so far?
The IDF apparently had the ability to target specific Iranians and kill them from hundreds of miles away. But needs to clear away the civilians to find those guilty of the murder and kidnapping?
Makes no sense whatsoever to me.

Because Bibi isn’t about to let himself or anyone else in his inner circle get arrested for it.

I usually take these claims by militaries with a grain of salt.
