Treat yourself. You make that phat actuary bank–fly business class somewhere. The extra room, the solicitous service…ah yeah…you know you want the free snacks and extra tiny bottle of water at boarding.
BA is pretty sweet in both World Traveler Plus as well as Business Class. If you’re flying eastward to Europe, the lie-flat business class seating is worth it. If you’re flying westward, then yeah, the extra cost for Business isn’t as worth it.
This is my mother’s MO. She flies business class to Europe and Economy Plus home. She’s going to be sitting up reading on the flight home so she reasons that she doesn’t need to shell out for business class then.
