Iranian protests/revolution

Its also the end of US hegemony.

there’s an unfortunate joke about people from Poland embedded in that data

Did Poland get reminded about the Blitzkreig or something?

Shortages are currently working their way through the entire supply chain. Will hit Europe and UK pretty soon.

I’m sure Spain and Italy see everyone as a threat when they can’t be bothered to have a defense force.

A rather significant portion of Poland’s population could be considered “right-wing”.

This photo of their president says enough, I think:

He’s no Orban, but…

More of this to come as the supply shrinks.

This sounds about right.

Just waiting for one of his lackeys to suggest that his Arc de Triomphe be called the Arc de Trump.

“Gold-colored statues of Lady Liberty, being grabbed by the pussy…”

No, it doesn’t say that.

I’m just waiting for the final ballroom design to look like this:

Looks Große.

Shockingly the Iranians don’t know where all the mines they placed are which will complicate reopening hormuz

https://www.ndtv.com/world-news/iran-has-a-hormuz-problem-it-cannot-locate-mines-planted-to-block-route-iran-war-strait-of-hormuz-11342329

I read an analysis on Linkedin from a former US Navy guy that explained the issues well.

They are going to need a lot of minesweepers in the area which the US does not have, so that means its going to have to be NATO-affiliated or Asian countries supplying them.

I would probably supply them and ask Iran for a discount on the Hormuz fees for helping them now.

Ok, this is a bit funny:

Shortages are expanding now in Europe.

This is going to grow. Europe is looking at a stagflationary shock over the next few months.

Australia as well:

Another round of peace talks.

I would be so amused if the president of Pakistan got the Nobel Peace Prize for this.

Aren’t those shortages the result of fuel refineries being blocked by protesters?

Admittedly they’re protesting the increased prices caused by supply pressures, but it feels premature to say that this is the start of the shortages.
