I looked at it and wondered if it was a deliberate message or not.

I was guessing binary initially, but it still doesnāt mean anything to me either.

One of the plates around here, I managed to catch the guy coming out of his car and ask him about it.
Turned out, it was related to a book he wroteā¦ about wordplay.
I did not share my opinion on the matter.
