Lady sitting next to me says: I can hear the commentator saying - he needs to launch that at a 96 degree angle

Me: He wouldn’t say that

She: :[

Me: That would throw the bag over his head, backwards

Is your point that it was an increase of about 9% but the bar graph doubled in size? If yes, then :rofl: . If no, then :confused: .

What does the footnote say?

Yeah, that’s it. It’s really amusing/annoying when there are no axes and that’s how they choose to portray an increase from 65% to 71%. :person_shrugging:
