Well, you see, the Dow was 50,000 — and so for a few days the Trump administration was infallible. Unfortunately it dropped below 50k, so we’re back to clownville again.

Blaming Canada for her treatment? Gimme a break!
I’m not blaming Canada, I’m just saying given the reality of the situation Canada should think twice before rejecting entrants and sending them back to the US. It is 100% clear what is going to happen to those people when they go back to US custody, so maybe don’t facilitate it.
Our current agreement with the US requires we return folks to the US in this situation. Trump is already punishing us: why should we contravene our agreement and give him more excuses?

Somewhat tangential, but schools are a big fat stare you in the face red line they are flirting with in a dangerous way. If they really wanted a conflict, they’d try taking kids straight out of elementary schools. I’d personally gear up.

He (Trump) added that Noem, who he said “has served us well,” will take over a new role called “Envoy for The Shield of the Americas.”
Well cabinet reshuffle anyway as it appears she’s being put in a new made up position.
“Special Envoy for The Shield of the Americas”, who comes up with these names?
