I’m legitimately confused. Why the hell is the United States’ Immigration and Customs Enforcement going to be in Italy to deal with “transnational criminal organizations”? I don’t see any justification.
Are we just creating a “Global War on Immigration”?
Sort of like the DOJ now exists just to prosecute Trump’s enemies, ICE exists as a paramilitary force that will do whatever Trump wants regardless of constitutionality or legality.

Sworn testimony in the current case of Minnesota v. Noem, the lawyer for Minnesota says that observers have had their global entry status revoked. I’m guessing that’s now the standard procedure after they photograph you like the one agent in ME said about how “you’re now a domestic terrorist”

Filming ICE agents or honking your horn when they are in the area makes you a domestic terrorist.

I’m surprised no one has shot an ICE officer yet. I think it will eventually happen.
When it does happen, I expect we’re going to see something entirely new.
ICE imposed door to door searches in retaliation for ICE shooting Renee Good, the response to something actually being done to them will be massive.
