Working in a factory sucks
And hey before you guys bring up the “not everyone is suited for a desk job” BS I can barely complete sentences and I have one
Agreed. Working on a farm sucks too. Let’s get rid of all of those as well.
Why do we even need farms when we can just buy food at the grocery store?
Why do we even need grocery stores when we can just order through DoorDash?
I’m wondering, when was the last time any of you stepped foot in a grocery store?
I go to the grocery store frequently. Went a few days ago.
Without a hazmat suit on? Early 2020.
This morning. For my rewards, I use 867-5309 as my phone number, which apparently was registered by Brian. This means that there is a cashier named Connie who calls me Brian when she sees me
We should go for Happy Hour and groceries the next time I am in town!!
Huh ok, I thought everyone just got them delivered these days.
This is an interesting question because my understanding is lots of agricultural industries here only exist due to subsidies. Maybe we can just like, get rid of them and import food that can be produced more efficiently elsewhere and then channel our labor into selling high-margin services.
Way too expensive
So, which country do you trust we won’t piss off and then they’ll cut our food supply?
This evening.
The children yearn for the mines.
We need the factories back to belch thick, black smoke into the sky. That’s what made the U.S. great in the 1890s, and the 1960s and 1970s, made a real man healthy and wise … and dead by 65.
We also haven’t lit the Cuyahoga River on fire recently, and it would be a great diamond anniversary to reenact that.
So you are saying everyone is suited for a desk job?
Well, that’d fix Social Security!
