I missed this. I really liked the “warm glow” feature on paper. It’s why i bought the bulbs. But in practice they flickered when i dimmed them. No one else seems to have had this problem. Maybe i got a bad batch, somehow. Or maybe my dimmer isn’t compatible with them. Dimmers for LEDs are fussy. Anyway, i was pretty disappointed.

They’re called Nike Dunk Low Denim. It looks like it’s a kind of Jean material with different dyes. I’m thinking good for office days with jeans or some khaki chinos.

I wish I could own a pair of cool Nike shoes. Nike, for me, tend to be quite narrow for their size. I have wide feet. And Nike makes very, very few shoe models available in wide widths, and most of those models just really suck.

My yard it too big and too think for a little 22" push lawn mower. So Home Depot gave me a free 12 month no interest credit card that pushed me enough to buy the , of course, Troy-Bilt 42" Zero Turn mower. It doesn’t fit through the door of my shed though. But I can makeshift a canopy to protect it from the elements until I get a new door on my shed. The dope who built the shed put a normal looking house front door on it. Goofy FLICKER!

I bought some more sounds for my keyboard rig. This time, some xylophones and marimbas.
I bought a winter coat.
Still hasn’t been delivered. Was on a truck for quite some time. HD app now says it is in house, however not ready for pickup (might have to be assembled)
Bought some new tee shirt colors. Comfort Colors model 1717 from clothing shop online. Only $7ish each and every color under the sun. Good quality cotton tee shirts with plenty of room to move around in. Generally what $20-$30 souvenir tee shirts at the beach are printed on.
I do that with Old Navy flag shirts ($5!) every year, though “every color” is generally “red, white, blue, grey, black.” I have enough now not to need every color, and the generally last several years.

Hubby has “upgraded” (?) from t-shirts to “Hawaiian” shirts for his school bus “uniform”.
One is something like this.
Another has an octopus.

I’m gonna have to ask him. I got the pic from Temu but I don’t think that’s where he got it. I think it was an international transaction.
And yes, he gets a ton of compliments. We went to dinner and I dressed up and he wore his octopus shirt. I was totally ignored.
