Hunter Biden Investigation

After learning that foundational evidence behind the alleged Biden crimes was fabricated out of whole cloth based on political bias, I’m not super convinced by one unnamed IRS agent making a claim to Republicans.

Especially because “slow-walked and mishandled” as noted in that article appears to be a subjective thought, unless the article is deciding not to share something about “evidence”.

Step 1) The problem isn’t a lack of evidence, the problem is with the investigation.

Step 2) Meanwhile, no one has produced any actual evidence. See step 1.

One day I am sure something will happen to Hunter Biden. He seems dumb enough to have screwed up a few things along the way. Will they resemble anything like the start of this nonsense 4 years ago? I doubt it. But that brings up:

Step 3) Whatever someone finds is still going to be really important and show how we need to impeach Biden!

This is the problem with all you sheeple. The foundational evidence behind the alleged Biden crimes is “fabricated out of whole cloth” because the Deep State has infiltrated the FBI and David Weiss is nothing more than agent of the Deep State who’s secretly being paid by George Soros to cover up everything so Soros can profit off the Biden Crime Family’s treasonous activities.

Some unnamed IRS agent is a real American hero for having the courage to step forward and shine light on the corruption the Deep State is engaged in that threatens the very fabric of American life and freedom, and it’s a real travesty that the rest of you folks are being suckered into buying this cover-up that makes Watergate look like exactly what it was: a peaceful, innocent tour of a Washington D.C. building where nothing was damaged and nothing was harmed, and those arrested were persecuted for no other crime than being deemed enemies of the Deep State.

And all of this could have been proven long ago, except Hillary deleted 33,000 e-mails off Hunter’s 5G laptop server from hell that was smuggling kids out of a pizza joint for child sex trafficking. That’s why China invented a hoax virus and unleashed it on the world: so that all the sheeple would be distracted by that stuff.

The Truth is going to come out. Trust the Plan. WGMAGA1WG1AGM, libs.

Comer might be an obvious liar, but if an unnamed source says to Comer that they don’t like how the appointed prosecutor of a case does his job, that’s undeniable evidence.

Like that waitress from last week. I know she intentionally wasn’t filling my water, and I will not stand for this slow-walking of her job. I demand to see the manager!

On a more serious note, I don’t see how the indictment refutes some of the specific allegations as is being implied in the media. This guy told the FBI that Burisma executives told him in 2015 or 2016 that they hired (past tense) Hunter Biden to the board to protect their company. The indictment says that meeting actually happened in 2017, then seems to imply that Burisma executes couldn’t have told him this in 2017 because Biden was out of office. I don’t follow the logic.

It also seems strange that an indictment, as a statement of fact, would say that Biden had “no ability to influence US policy” after he left office.

I can’t believe I read all 37 pages of this thing. There are a number of confusing bits, like the Defendant saying he had “2 to 5” meetings with Burisma executives, then it just goes on and on about how one of them was in 2017 and not earlier and then draws questionable conclusions that the hearsay evidence the Defendant claims did not occur.

It feels to me like a fluff indictment to get a false narrative out there that the Biden family’s obvious corruption has been “debunked.” On the favorable side to Biden, though, it makes much more sense why the Form 1023 form wasn’t acted upon, because the informant repeatedly hurt his credibility.

I’m still waiting for this “obvious corruption” to come out. Republicans have been pulling this shit with every democratic president or candidate for literally my entire life. I don’t think they have come up with anything beyond speculative bullshit and an extra martial affair.

It’s already come out, you just weren’t paying attention or perhaps you ignored it. None of the basic facts are in dispute and it all looks really bad and none of it depends on this FBI informant who they now claim, years later, was lying.

Hunter Biden was hired onto the board of directors of Burisma, which is a bit strange given he’s not a natural gas expert nor a Ukrainian expert.

Hunter’s business partner Devon Archer was also hired onto the Burisma board.

On 11/2/2015, Burisma executive Vadym Pozharskyi emails Devon Archer, Hunter, and Rosemont Seneca Partners president Eric Schwerin discussing a proposal for “improving [Burisma founder and then-president] Nikolay’s case and his situation in Ukraine.” The case here refers to the Ukraine prosecutor Shokin’s investigation into Burisma corruption.

The scope of the work should also include organization of a visit of a number of widely recognized and influential current and/or former US policy-makers to Ukraine in November aiming to conduct meetings with and bring positive signal/message and support on Nikolay’s issue to the Ukrainian top officials above with the ultimate purpose to close down for any cases/pursuits against Nikolay in Ukraine.

In early December 2015, Joe Biden travels to Ukraine where he pressured Ukraine into firing Shokin. Later, Biden would inexplicably brag about this in public.

The only thing that seems to be missing is a literal confession from one of the Bidens. This isn’t “speculative bulllshit” it’s not “baseless” it’s not a “right wing conspiracy theory.” This is obvious corruption and it’s a shame that many of you gullible goons have been fooled into not understanding the reality. An impeachment inquiry is absolutely warranted here, especially so since it’s already found other suspicious dealings by the Bidens with other foreign companies like CEFC.

Yup. A company hired the presidents son likely trying to buy influence.

Separately, Ukraine got rid of shokin based on international pressure.

We have been through all this speculative bullshit many times over. And if this was all obvious corruption, it seems like it would be a lot more obvious beyond Biden one day talking off the cuff about his (probably exaggerated) role in rooting out corruption. Something like an actual crime, and something beyond a single email referring to the “big guy” in all that investigating dipshit Comer and other Republicans have been obsessing over. Oh, and that 1400 loan repayment that hunters made a few times.

Do you really not see how much of an inflated joke all of this is? You and your team have been foaming about this for years. It amounts to very little… maybe a perceived conflict of interest, but you gotta do a lot better than that in 4+years to be taken seriously on this.

will it help if we concede Hunter was an opportunistic dude with addiction issues and willing to trade on his name? I don’t see evidence of the old man cashing in on it, but…it’s not like people haven’t been looking. where is joe’s special trademarks in china or gazillion dollars from KSA?

I think it’s interesting that Devon Archer, who was on the Burisma board, disputes the accounts:

Ukrainian prosecutor-general Viktor Shokin, who was fired after then-Vice President Joe Biden threatened to pull $1 billion in US aid, was “a threat” to natural gas company Burisma Holdings, which paid Hunter Biden up to $1 million per year, the first son’s former business partner Devon Archer confirmed in an interview released Friday.

“He was a threat. He ended up seizing assets of [Burisma owner] Nikolai [Zlochevsky] — a house, some cars, a couple properties. And Nikolai actually never went back to Ukraine after Shokin seized all of his assets,” Archer told former Fox News host Tucker Carlson.

Shokin’s office won a court order to seize Zlochevsky’s property on Feb. 2, 2016, the Kyiv Post reported at the time. Shokin was fired on March 29, purportedly due to his own corruption.

Archer’s remarks are significant because they contradict the position of House Democrats that Shokin was not considered a threat to Burisma — a point likely to be hotly contested if Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) launches an impeachment inquiry, as he said last week was becoming likely.

I feel like a Burisma board member would know more about the question of Shokin being a threat to Burisma than Joe Biden or Christine Lagarde.

It feels a lot like undue influence peddling, which is indeed a crime.

Feels over reals sounds about right.

Do you ever stop and think that if Biden was the criminal that the New York Post and Donald Trump told you that he was, there would be a long trail of similar corrupt actions, something beyond pressuring a country to do something about a guy that the EU and others agreed was a problem?

Do you also realize that if it was not for the NYP telling you to be really upset about this unrelated pair of events, that they would have something else for you to obsess about?

You mean just like the House Oversight Committee has found?

The money trail begins in July 2017 when Hunter Biden demanded payment from his Chinese Communist Party (CCP) linked associate. On July 30, 2017, Hunter Biden sent a message to Raymond Zhao—a CEFC associate—demanding a $10 million dollar capital payment and claimed his father, Joe Biden, was sitting in the room. CEFC is a Chinese energy company linked to the CCP. The Bidens began working with CEFC when Joe Biden was Vice President.

On August 8, 2017, Northern International Capital, a Chinese company affiliated with CEFC, sent $5 million to Hudson West III, a joint venture established by Hunter Biden and CEFC associate Gongwen Dong. That same day, Hudson West III sent $400,000 to Owasco, P.C., an entity owned and controlled by Hunter Biden. On August 14, 2017, Hunter Biden wired $150,000 to Lion Hall Group, a company owned by President Biden’s brother James and sister-in-law Sara Biden. On August 28, 2017, Sara Biden withdrew $50,000 in cash from Lion Hall Group. Later the same day, she deposited it into her and James Biden’s personal checking account. On September 3, 2017, Sara Biden cut a check to Joe Biden for $40,000 for a “loan repayment.”

Oof, corruption and money laundering?

But wait, there’s still more? Many dozens of Suspicious Activity Reports? Wow, having just one SAR can get your locked out of the banking system.

“After two months of dragging their feet, the Treasury Department is finally providing us with access to the suspicious activity reports for the Biden family and their associates’ business transactions. It should never have taken us threatening to hold a hearing and conduct a transcribed interview with an official under the penalty of perjury for Treasury to finally accommodate part of our request. For over 20 years, Congress had access to these reports but the Biden Administration changed the rules out of the blue to restrict our ability to conduct oversight.

Wow, the Biden administration is trying to cover up the family’s crimes by changing Congressional access rules to the SARs? As they say, the coverup is often worse than the crime…

“We found 170 major bank violations. These were from six major banks, and they alleged that the Bidens were, among other things, money laundering, and receiving suspicious wires from state-owned entities. […] The bank is alleging that the Bidens took a suspicious wire from the Chinese government, and then laundered it through these shell companies. Many laws were broken there.”

“We also learned nine Biden family members have received money from foreign entities, including the President’s granddaughter, who received a wire that had been laundered to the shell companies from Romania days after the President left Romania when he was Vice President. That’s hard to explain.

“The Bidens received over 20 million dollars. My question to you: What did they do to receive that money? No one can answer that question.”

It seems like a valid question that we should attempt to answer. That’s why an impeachment inquiry is more than justified.

Comer is a joke.

I’m sure if the we had legitimate issues here, Republicans could find someone with more credibility to lead the charge. The house Republicans in general deserve nearly 0 consideration for anything they say today. They go so far out of their way to please Trump on ridiculous shit on a regular basis and promote repeatedly debunked conspiracy that spending any time listening to them is a waste of time.

It’s. Time. To. Let. It. Go.

In all seriousness, I do believe that Joe Biden knew about Hunter’s dealings. What bothers me is the same Republicans who ignored Mar-A-Lago acting as a White House South, which I am sure that DJT somehow benefited from, are crying bloody murder over Joe Biden possibly doing the same thing on a smaller scale.
