I think it’s more likely the cover making the corners soft because we use a glass pan and still get yummy chewy corners.

Yesterday my son had his “moving up” ceremony–going from elementary to middle school next year.
Beautiful day. Had a nice lunch overlooking the ocean together.
Later that day, he had a football clinic, so my wife an I celebrated on his behalf by going down and having drinks and a picnic dinner on the beach.
