I’m currently starting to pitch VC firms for investments. I’ve got two warm introductions to VC firms…from students I take fishing. One of the students just introduced me without a heads up and the VC firm is like ‘lets go’. I asked for their timeframe, and they’re like ‘three weeks’.

Had a locksmith come give the front door hardware a little TLC. It’s not quite good as new, but for being 100+ years old it’s pretty darn nice now.

TWO former teammates, early in their careers who have struggled a bit with exams, who went on to other teams (rotation program type thing), passed an exam they had been struggling with. Both were nearing the end of the window where they had to pass or face potential consequences. I’m very happy for them both.

His right kidney stone decided to go on the move today. He woke up with right flank/back pain, and I was suspicious he’d become obstructed. I had to pull the car over for him to puke, and another time because of an urgent need to pee (but he was unable to do so), further cementing my suspicion. Fortunately the emergency clinic was able to get him right back, and he saw the same PA as earlier in the week. The stone is now in his bladder, so he feels much better, and the ordeal is nearing the end.

You have actuary money. Just pay off all three this month and be done with it!
If it is at 0 percent interest I would have a philosophical problem. I would certainly get more utility knowing I maximized deferral even if i had a slight cost in doing so.

Got final sign off from the CFO.
