Hopefully, not from where they sell the gasoline.
for good doggo @Echo tooooo???
Not the most important part.
Nope. Berry smoothie.
Only purchases were gas and the food court smoothie.
But she was happy I came home!
Woulda been happier if you brought deeeelishus chikkinz home, but you do you. If your gas and berry smoothie were more important than the happiness of @Echo, then oh well.
And it lasted about as long as… IYKWIM . A dog patriot once said “Feed me chicken or feed me”
My Thoughts of Dog daily calendar arrived today.
My 3rd grader has to pick a passion project and work on it for the next three months. He had to come up with three ideas. 1. Stop motion. 2. Animation. 3. Learn how to use mom’s sewing machine and make a quilt or something.
I’m going to try to nudge him toward the third item, because I could help him with the tough stuff. Not sure I could be much help with the first two, and I know he will be overwhelmed and frustrated by it.
But mostly I’m just happy that he’s showing an interest in something I’m passionate about.
(Last week he also was watching me sew and proclaimed that a sewing machine is definitely more dangerous than a car…if you’re a finger.)
I had some experiences as a child with car doors that might indicate otherwise.
The little one has made us play “Jingle Bell Rock” for the 100th time in the past month.
Just has to listen to it while we sit for dinner.
We have the check from the lawyer, so the saga of Charlie the Pathfinder has now reached its end.
When Diana Blank and Arthur Blank divorced, their assets were divided and both wound up with a fortune.
Diana started the Kendeda Foundation, named after her 3 kids. However, she kept it anonymous. Kendeda started giving large charitable gifts with no strings attached to nonprofits in the community. She spent the last 30 years giving away a billion dollars. She finally revealed herself as the person behind Kendeda in 2015.
Kendeda went out of business 12/31, having completed it’s mission of giving away all it’s money. Diana got to see the fruit of many seeds she planted over the last 30 years.

She literally and figuratively gave out Blank checks
TIL, I always thought it was the candida fund (like a little yeast makes the dough rise)
Nice try, Diana, but to get the big payoff you had to blow through the money in 30 days, not 30 years.

Me eating zero sugar has equated to me eating very little in general in comparison to normal (I’m not starving myself, and I’m watching my electrolytes for this month extra closely, don’t worry), so I’ve lost a total of 6 pounds this month. I was already “dieting” for long before that, so I don’t think it’s all/most water weight either.
I doubt I’ll be losing the same amounts come February, but hey, it’s nice for now.
