I don’t know, looks like the wrapper might be a good source of fiber. 
Probably has more fiber than their “bread”.

I don’t believe they are allowed to call it bread in Ireland, I think they have to call it a loaf or something like that.

The article didn’t say that they can’t “call” it bread…just that it gets taxed as if it weren’t bread…but maybe that detail is to be found elsewhere.
