Fun activity

absquatulate is a verb, and erinaceous & nudiustertian are adjectives. So three of your words are disqualified

Figured. Was early morning for me so when I saw 6/7 not work I didn’t bother, would have fixed it if it was just a couple.

you “people” are cheating. Those lists are not nouns. Did anyone ever buy a “three” or a “purple”? No. At least my_alt and I know how to read instructions. /oldmanrant

Big agree. Lots of cheating to lose going on, imo. Use the proper part of speech! Which gives me an idea…

I tried to bottom out here…

eh.

“What number is that?”
“That’s a seven.”

You always have a noun following “a” (though the noun may have modifiers), so seven is a noun.
Also, all three dictionaries I checked give a noun definition for the number seven.

From da rulz:

IMO, numbers are, most definitely, a concept.

I figure - if the algorithm accepts it, it’s acceptable.

And - looking up the numbers and colors - they all have “noun” definitions.

Agreed. If I vaguely remember English class sentence diagramming, in “I play the seven of hearts”, seven is a noun. Subject (and noun), verb, article (which I think can be a noun or an adjective?), noun, preposition, adjective.

“What word is that?”
“That word is run.”
Run is not a noun.

Colors and numbers can be nouns easily, but most of their use is as adjectives. We use a color to describe something, we use a number to state how many.

“Green is my favorite color” - Green is a noun. “That sign is green” - Green is an adjective.

“One is the best number” - One is a noun. “I’ll take one cake, please” - One is an adjective.

Sure it is

“I went on my morning run.”

“I’m going on a coffee run - anybody wanna come with?”
