Fine Dining in the era of sustainable farming

We’ve started keeping some ‘impossible’ meat in our fridge.

It’s probably not the best burger/meatballs/sausage I’ve ever had, but definitely above average.

If I didn’t know better, I would absolutely assume it was meat, though a slightly different breed.

I looked at one of those farms in a crate business things last year for giggles. They basically drop off a shipping container that’s a self-contained hydroponic farm. Unfortunately from what I read, it’s not likely a profitable venture it takes a lot of selling to make it work. And the profitable produce is limited. LIke you can’t be growing head lettuce, vine tomatoes and carrots in there. Mostly just different kinds of leaf lettuce.
