I felt the last question was a doozy. What a fitting way to end the exam!
Felt like it was difficult but since it was my first time sitting for this I have nothing to compare it to.
I was allowed to sit down and write notes during my break while someone else at my center was not. I think it really boils down to the Pearson Proctor.

Seems like I have a different version of the exam.
Do we know the passing marks in the last few sittings?
No, we only know the passing %. People have guestimated that it was over 70% last time based on the marks of those who failed, but the CAS does not release that info anymore
3-4 question are ambiguous but others are straightforward.
I took it late Monday. Thought it was a fair exam. Can’t compare it to other recent sittings as it is my first ( and hopefully the last! 
) time taking it.
Agree there were some vague questions though.
Also, I thought the syllabus coverage was extremely inadequate.
When does exam result come out? Was it usually around mid December?

Was it me or did the post-exam survey seem short this time? No asking for open ended feedback, no asking how the testing centre was etc.

I kept thinking about some exam problems and realized my answers might not be correct. Would really like to know the exam result as soon as possible. Btw, the keyboard I used at the exam center is tiny and thin, and adding $ to formula was so painful 
I wonder if they use the same type of keyboard across all the locations.
My keyboard was thin and small. Adding $ was annoying but not exam changing for me.
By the way, when you plan to take fellow exam (7,8,9), How many day that your company allow you to take study leave ?
My company allows 30 study hours per hour of the exam (so 120 hours which equates to 15 business days)
Same. I had to negotiate for it, but got it as it was determined to be standard practice (we hadn’t had anyone taking exams in a number of years).
Exam Results coming out the week of December 11th.
Seems consistent with last year, but that was really nice of them to give us the timeline earlier than what I saw folks got last year.

I got 10.06 and I’m feeling confident >80% that I will pass

Saw people on reddit making the time comments and I think it was a reference to something.
That’s interesting. I actually noticed the article yesterday on their site before checking my email and seeing they told me about the article. What is interesting is that it was published on 11/20 according to the site but we were notified on the following day.
I wonder if that ties to the time conversation in that it could’ve been put onto the website a day before but not set to be “live” until yesterday. Perhaps they are wondering if exam results or something along those lines occur similarly in how they are published when the time occurs? Totally guessing from left field with no knowledge of the conversation.
