Umm we’re actuaries do we really not know how to edit in javascript…
I guess the final meetings didn’t have any availability this week. Otherwise, I have no clue what’s taking them so long. I wish someone on this forum knew.
They run diagnostics for a week before the meeting. That is why I said the MQC is really not how they decide in the end of the day. It is just how they get there.
If you want peace of mind, just assume they’re coming out Feb 5th for now.
I wish if you had a score other than 5/6 your results got released earlier, just for the theatrics of it all
I’m too far committed on Friday, do or die!.. and if we die we wait for next week
I think it’d be great if they told us our raw % correct but no scores until they set the pass mark.
Diagnostics? For what purpose? And why would that take a week?
I would guess they are trying to run more diagnostics this time, because they have more information. Like how long did each person spend on each question, etc. Stuff they didn’t have before.
I imagine they might be making some adjustments based on data.
It is their normal process. I don’t know what the diagnostics are. But they are various reports that help them determine the ultimate pass mark.
Hey you got a 39 on exam 9. Um wait they didn’t have total points anywhere on the test. So how many points did I lose?
Literally the first thing I did upon opening my test was add up all the points
I still remember the total points for both 9 and 7, but I don’t think I’m allowed to say what it is.
I have no idea what it is for 9. We should ask the CAS if we are allowed to say how many points it was.
This would be correct.
Can the CAS email people telling them how many points the exam had? You took a test but are not supposed to know how many points are on it?
its not material.
The forums active today. Must mean somebody thinks results are coming this week
Nah, I think it just means we’re too anxious about results to focus on work
