Bad: the enchirito is gone, they brought it back briefly a few years ago

Good: Doritos loco tacos

Had Taco Bell in the UK (Aberdeen) a few years back.

It wasnt as greasy as I remember it from my time in the US.

it’s edible is all i can say

The cheesy bean and rice burrito add extra jalepeno sauce is my go to. It’s $2.50 ish with the add on, and 1 is enough for me for a meal. Also like the cheese quesadilla.

I miss the talking Chihuahua…

“Yo quiero Taco Bell.”

Probably the best “Mexican” food near you.

South Cal must have lots of good Mexican restaurants and food trucks.

You think you know tacos, you’ve never had a taco in el ayy.

It does!
Helps to have actual Mexicans or “Exicans,” as we call them (I just made that up), cooking.

I had a friend who was interviewing for a job at the University of Northern Michigan, I think in Marquette several years ago. During the sales phase of the interview (e.g. this is why you’d love to live here, in this semi-remote location), he asked “are there were any ethnic restaurants in town?” The person he was meeting with responded “There’s a Taco Bell.”

ETA: thinking a bit more, maybe it was Michigan Technical University in Houghton?
