Chicken sticky rice in banana leaf. So gooooood!!! 
I haven’t been to dim sum since before COVID. I should do that again soon.
This was dim sum from an Asian/halal grocery store. I would have to driver another half hour past it on the highway to get to the sit down dim sum places.
I have had dim sum once in Toronto but would definitely do it again, with friends.

Chicken feet itself of course has no flavor. But dim sum chicken feet has nice flavor.

I tried them once at dim sum. Good, spicy sauce, but too chewy for my liking. 
I love chewy. Tendon, skin…cartilage, sign me up!
Will be eating Chicken Shawarma on the patio today with family. Grilling it now. It’s about 87 degrees out, but falling.
Next week is looking good for outdoor dining. Getting ready for dinner now and it’s 91° with a 73° dew point. Hard no.
I’ll order chicken feet every time at dim sum. Normally, I have to eat all four by myself but it’s always nice if someone else likes them.
Brekkie on the deck with coffee. Gonna try some actuarializing on deck this afternoon!!
Domino’s on the deck!!! Gonna crack open a bottle of vino too!!!

I’m happy when they use extra of that buttery garlic stuff on the crust.
