Iāve only got one thing left to do, waiting on data to update a model. I hope the data isnāt screwed up, if it goes well Iāll be clocking out here shortly.
Just paused all my ads, walking away from work and going to bake some pumpkin pies for Sunday family dinner.

I just remembered the conversation I had with the very stereotypically Dutch farmer who lets us hunt on his land.
Me: do you want some pumpkin pies? I grew the pumpkins.
Him: I donāt like pumpkins.
Me: would you prefer a pumpkin loaf then?

just told a prospect that their data this year is so wildly different from last yearās thatā¦something needs to be corrected. good gravy. but you canāt use it for UW if you saw both, thatās for sure.

7hrs of net driving today.
Finally made it to the hotel out in the sticks (navigating in back country roads with no lights can be no fun at all)
So many Fs to give today. I just got asked to do about a monthās worth of work by next Wednesday. Yeah, no. And it seems the more they want me to do, the more they also want to meet to discuss it. Hey, if Iām in five hours of meetings, Iām not gonna get much work done folks.
Hoping to get caught up enough to clock out by 4:00, rough week.

The question is, how much is a monthās worth of work? Iāve had roles where it was 200 hours, and some roles where it was 20 hours.
Typical Friday for me, busiest day of the week by a multiple. And my spouse who is also my admin person, is away. Iāll be lucky to finish by 6 today.
Fair. Iād say what they want will take something like 400 hours, not all of which falls on my shoulders. Probably like 100 hours of my time spread out over a month or so, I donāt know. It was just dropped on me and I havenāt thought through it yet other than itās not simple.
