I thought about mentioning him instead, but his transgressions weren’t publicly even hinted at at the time. I think it would be hard to find anyone critical of that pick then, as opposed to Nunes which was a joke.
This got me to look at the list.

I would pick Jim Jordan as the least deserving rather than Nunes.
Obama seemed to like reps and senators. Reading Abner Mikva’s wiki summary sounds like he as a personal choice for Obama rather than a serve the nation choice.

I’d pick Rush Limbaugh. Jim Jordan and Nunes definitely have hurt people in their legislation, but I think Limbaugh had a significantly larger negative impact on America.

Our democracy has some fundamental cracks in the foundation. The incoming President has made direct threats at specific individuals. It’s immensely wrong for POTUS to essentially declare that somebody will be guilty, so figure out what crime we can make him guilty of.
I view it as Biden unfortunately pulling some necessary measures ahead of the lunatic taking control. I’m more bothered by the Hunter pardon. This, not really. Perhaps if an angry, unstable, ultimately powerful octogenarian wasn’t breathing down the necks of people who did their job and received death threats for it.
